You have not replied to my email
We ALWAYS reply to emails that we receive, and unless there was a typo in the address that you sent the email to, which is highly unlikely, you WILL receive a reply from us as soon as we receive it and have had the opportunity check the facts before replying to you.
Whilst we always reply to emails received as soon as we possible can, we do not work 24 hours a day, and so time zone delays are the most common cause, so please be patient because you will receive a reply at the earliest possible opportunity, and we reply to all communication in the order that it is received.
